The Kickstarter for Cyber Knights: Flashpoint was a great success. After reaching the initial funding target of $50,000 in just 12 hours, the Kickstarter eventually reached $226,709.
The Kickstarter offered many levels of support, from $15 to pre-purchase a copy of the game, through $250 which let backers design a recruitable character for the game, and much more.
The highest level of support was $5000 "Legacy Edition". In addition to all lower level rewards, the Legacy Edition offered a unique opportunity:
Gather up to 3 friends and join Cory and Andrew for a 25 hour pen-and-paper Cyber Knights RPG campaign. This bleeding-edge cyberpunk romp will set the stage for one of the game's major story arcs and allow you to leave your mark on the game through your choices and actions (online play, 4 total players, pick of premade characters, as many sessions as needed, contact with questions)
Two backers supported at the Legacy Edition level. Late in 2020, these players participated in several online gaming events with Trese Brothers. The rules were based on the original pen-and-paper tabletop games that the Trese Brothers created and played with their friends that eventually inspired Cyber Knights Classic.
Linked here is some information about the results of that campaign.
