Free Streets Compact Deserter

Liat, the Free Streets Compact Deserter, is a potential member of the mercenary squad.

Having grown up in one of the communal living pods, known as The Units, far below street level, <Sniper> naturally enlisted in their paramilitary army, the Free Streets Compact. After a full-squad-wipe while attempting to bomb a Matsumoto corporate tower, <Sniper> deserted in disillusionment.

Has a connect, Boxer, who is a hovertruck dispatcher with a lot of smugglers in his fleet. <Sniper> must keep <his/her> head down around the FSC not to attract attention.

• Trusts: Has established a lasting trust with Boxer (Hover Operator Contact). Worked with Boxer during <Sniper>'s FSC years and now afterwards as well.
