A Contact needs help to put surveillance on a dock on the underground Mystic River, in hopes to secure a landing zone for an important package coming up the noxious, subterranean waterway.
The story line has only one legwork which will either pass or fail.
If it succeeds: The underground dock stays secure from river pirates and rival smugglers. The contact gets increased influence and the squad gains favors.
If it fails: River pirates attack in the night, taking control of the dock. The shipment is lost and the contact loses trust.
