A Contact needs to quietly track specific shipments coming out of a freight district. Someone needs to slip past the automated surveillance grid to plant clever deactivated trackers on the containers before they are lost to the sprawling highway systems of New Boston.
The story line has only one legwork which will either pass or fail.
If it succeeds: Tag outgoing cargo shipments. The trackers are successfully planted and the contact gains the ability to track valuable shipments.
If it fails: Automated sensors pick you up and security rushes in. The merc may be compromised and the contact's operations are exposed.
