- Dr. Ashe offers the cheapest treatment of all doctors on one bed
- Dr. Ashe offers the fastest treatment options (50% reduction) of all doctors on the other bed
Your initial doctor contact, Ashe, approaches you with a request. If you can pay her $500,000 she will be able to do a major upgrade to her clinic. This will provide an option for better and faster healing of injuries and wounds, and access to higher level cybernetic implants. She also offers a legwork "Dock Connections"; if you take it and you are successful, it lowers the cost of upgrading to $400,000. Both the upgrade and the legwork can be delayed if you need time for a spare merc to be available. To get the very longest period of time to pay it off, take the legwork - you can use someone with a low probability. The legwork will give up to 3 attempts, with the final try guaranteed at 100%. After the legwork is completed, you get a 90 day period to pay. At the end of that time, you can delay for another 90 day period. And you can delay one more time for yet another 90 days. This should be plenty of time to get the $400K to pay Dr. Ashe.
Sfter the clinic is finished, Ashe will have 2 beds and can take care of 2 patients at the same time. One of the beds is the cheapest treatment of all doctors, the other is the fastest treatment of all doctors, knocking a full 50% off treatment time. Ashe gains the Partner trait, which can be leveled and reduces costs still further, and gives 1 Favor per month. That can be useful for modifying her Influence Limit Breaks
Some players already have access to multiple doctor contacts, for example by choosing the initial soldier Aitana, or by building the Underworld Hub building and getting access to another doctor contact there. There is still very little reason to turn down this mission; the extra healing is always helpful.
