Has a connect, Owynn, who is the owner of the exclusive Downtown night club The Gleam. Before teaming up with you as your Face, <Face> was stuck in a bad spot with Los Zagales gang boss, B-Tuna, who was convinced <he/she> should be on his payroll. You brokered an end to that at the cost of 1 Obligation, and while B-Tuna holds a grudge, he's still a useful ally.
